Refund policy

It is our goal to ensure that you are pleased with the kitted or crocheted items you have ordered. We will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have in regards to any of these items. Please feel free to send us an email at sweetdreamsknittinngs@gmail.com if any of these concerns you.

Although we strive to make each piece top quality, the measurements are approximate since they are handmade. Colors may differ slightly from what you see on your computer screen or mobile device. This is stated in all item descriptions.

You may return your piece for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date if you are not satisfied with your purchase. The item must be in brand new condition, and cannot have been used.  It is easy for us to determine whether the item has been used. If this is the case, you will not be entitled to a refund.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. You will only be refunded for the returned item cost once we receive the package. Please ensure to include a copy of the invoice with the returned item. We cannot process a refund without it. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the item.

We are not responsible for returning items that are lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery method to ensure that the package reaches us safely. Shipping costs for the returned item are non-refundable. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

RETURNIN CUSTOM ORDERS

A custom-made order cannot be refunded or exchanged, as it is created for and by the customer. We will ensure your item is perfectly made before sending it to you.

RETURNING SALE OR CLEARANCE ITEMS

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for items on sale or clearance. These sales are final.
